News Of Today!!

Hello I have some news for today I hope its interesting enough.
NEWS!!!!
There has been a new discovery of a green anaconda that weighs 227 kilograms and can grow to 550 pounds.
This animal is a reptile and lives for 10 years, when the green anaconda is in a group it is called a bed or a knot,
here is an image showing how big this snake is compared to a bus!!!!!!!!!!
  =20 to 30 ft (6 to 9 m)
This snake does live in the UK it lives in parts of .....
the parts that are yellow are the range of anacondas.
The diet of this snake is very very large it eats, wild pigs, deer, birds, turtles, capybara, caimans, and even jaguars. Anacondas are nonvenomous constrictors, coiling their muscular bodies around captured prey and squeezing until the animal asphyxiates. Jaws attached by stretchy ligaments allow them to swallow their prey whole, no matter the size, and they can go weeks or months without food after a big meal.
Here is the Green Anaconda

The animals need you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Say no to cruel cosmetics just think when your buying perfume or spray or make up check if it is tested on animals that could be an easy way to help animals.

Fox's

Fox's are small and sly animals but only steal from farms and places because they are hungry. They will take food like rabbits, chickens, ducks and other things they can find, many farmers get annoyed because of  fox's and would like to kill them all with guns. Also if you have seen the film 'fantastic Mr fox' then you will see that the  film is where 3 men try to kill Mr fox and his family, this is a funny film so I'll give you a sneak peek of the film.

hope you liked these videos and will be able to see the film if you haven't already.

Rainforests and Tigers

Today I'm doing 2 things at once I am doing Tigers and Rainforests, I hope you enjoy reading this and find it interesting an will help too.

Rainforests
So first things first rainforests are being cut down FAST as you may know, and so are the animals along with the trees. Now if you are wondering what rainforests have got to do with animals, there are animals in the rainforests and rainforests need to be saved, they are the lungs of the earth (trees hold oxygen).
In the rainforests many animals live up in the emergent layer the canopy or down on the forest floor or under story- these animals are macaws, snakes, jaguars, excetra. If you would like to help the rainforests all you can do is when you are shopping, just look at a packet of tissue or something and if it has a little tree on it that means it is a rainforest alliance product.

Tigers
Tigers - Tigers are very great cats but they are being poached like millions of other animals just for coats, bags, rugs or blankets. Like this.....

If you think this is funny or do this yourself then you might as well get your cat if you have one and slice its fur off.
How would you like it if someone peeled your skin off and people wore your skin as coats and rugs?
Cats are the same race as tigers, lions excetra, except they are called 'big cats'.
So when your walking around and see people with fur bags or coats then just think that is a tiger or a creatures life lost!

Little kitties for big cats!!

Here is a fun way to donate and help big cats...

http://animals.nationalgeographic.com/animals/big-cats/little-kitties/

So if you are a cat lover then this will be the thing for you, all you do is send your photo of your cat or a cat for the world to see, and its only £5 so instead of giving money to social networks or wasting money on things you don't need, that £5 could save a cat from being poached, or killed.
I hope you will be able to help cats for there sake not mine.

Bye Bye ;)

Poem of the week

The wolf howls in the darkness,
She lets the wind carry her cries.
Her silhouette on a hilltop,
The moon reflected in her eyes.
The agony she carries, the pain.
At her feet, the lifeless cub she bore.
In the animal kingdom it's the circle of life,
Nothing less and nothing more.
The moon casts down its sympathy,
As it blankets around her rabid soul.
Nature defenseless against man,
An innocent life that white man stole.
As her howl travels,
The hunter stops dead still.
For the hunted often holds revenge,
An angry mother, ready to kill.
Her silhouette no longer rests under the moon,
It runs through the old forest trees.
Her legs swift, much faster than the hunter.
His cries carry through the breeze.
